Donations
Here are just a few examples of how your support can change the lives of women,
children and families by providing excellent treatment, educational information,
programs and services that promote life-long recovery.
$50 subsidizes housing and food costs for a young child residing in transitional housing
$100 subsidizes educational materials for children
$250 subsidizes job training opportunities for women
$500 subsidizes parenting classes for pregnant and parenting mothers
$1,000 subsidizes assessment and counseling services for low-income women in our outpatient program
$1,250 subsidizes residential recovery for low-income women for one week
$5,000 subsidizes residential recovery for low-income women for one month
Ways to Give
We gratefully accept donations through a variety of methods.
Listed below are the most common ways to make a gift.

Cash or Check. If you prefer to make a gift to Marin Services for Women by cash or check,
simply complete the
Donation Form and enclose it with your gift.
Checks should be made payable to Marin Services for Women.
Please include any specific fund designation or call Rebecca Miller, Development Associate at
415-924-5995 ext. 28 for more information.

Credit Card. To make a donation by credit card, the Development office needs your name,
the name printed on the card, your address, the credit card number, expiration date and
the amount of your donation.
We will also need the area or designation of your gift.

Donation Form.

Planned Giving. Marin Services for Women can assist you in developing gift plans that benefit you and

In-Kind Donations. Marin Services for Women appreciates the donations of new and gently used items.
Due to limited space, in-kind donations are accepted by appointment only during regular office hours.
